The Krav Fitness Program is designed to improve a martial artist’s cardio, strength, speed, agility, and explosiveness.
All Krav Fitness exercises are developed through the inspiration of Israeli Krav Maga philosophy and are designed to train the body to perform at a higher level every time! Students will be lead through five five-minute rounds in different stations and exercise types. Some exercise include plyometrics, striking, and much more! Each student will perform at their own pace, while being pushed by the instructor to do better than last time!
